During the past week we celebrated the bike week in our school, in the blog, we are going to remember the benefits of riding a bike.
When we ride a bike, we obtain differents benefits, personal and environmental, some of these benefits are:
- Relieves stress.
- Strengthens your immune system.
- Reduces risk of heart disease.
- Boost metabolism.
- Reduces high blood pressure and risk of diabetes.
- Gives you "steel legs.
- Burns calories, not fuel.
- Helps you lose fat and build muscle.
- Improves our coordination.
