Benefits of biking


 

During the past week we celebrated the bike week in our school, in the blog, we are going to remember the benefits of riding a bike.




When we ride a bike, we obtain differents benefits, personal and environmental, some of these benefits are:

  • Relieves stress.
  • Strengthens your immune system.
  • Reduces risk of heart disease.
  • Boost metabolism.
  • Reduces high blood pressure and risk of diabetes.
  • Gives you "steel legs.
  • Burns calories, not fuel.
  • Helps you lose fat and build muscle.
  • Improves our coordination.
